in 1964, Overseas Union Enterprise has
a diversified portfolio of properties in Singapore,
Malaysia and China. With assets of $1.45 billion,
the company's portfolio include hotels, residential
and commercial properties.
Besides property investment, OUE is also involved
in the operation and management of 6 hotels &
resorts in Singapore and the Asia Pacific region
through its subsidiary, Meritus Hotels & Resorts.
While OUE's current focus is on five-star hotel
properties in this region, it is also looking at
property investments in key cities around the world.
Other than investing and developing hotel properties,
OUE has also interests in other related businesses
including a laundry plant, a marketing and communications company,
and a trading company specialising in hospitality
