DBS Building Towers One and Two

By leveraging further on its expertise to capitalize on opportunities in the commercial sector, OUE's recent acquisition of DBS Building Towers One and Two significantly enhances the Group's portfolio.  The acquisition was completed in the third quarter of 2010.

DBS Building is a prime office building located in Shenton Way, at the heart of Singapore's Central Business District ("CBD").  Designed with a 262-metre wide pedestrian street frontage, the longest frontage along the Shenton Way, the 49-storey Tower One and a 37-storey Tower Two, comprise a total gross floor area of approximately 1,239,641 sq ft.
