Our principal strategy: We own and manage retail, commercial and residential properties that are situated in prime locations, while our hotels are found in gateway cities.

We continue to build a stable of investments by harnessing opportunities that offer sustainable streams of revenue and lucrative returns on investment, both in and out of Singapore. OUE’s development comes from an evolving real estate portfolio. From a stable of predominantly hotel properties, OUE is diversifying its business into the retail, commercial and residential sectors. We aim to build a strong recurrent income base, balanced with development profits to enhance long-term shareholder value.
