A heightened shopper experience is reflected through the mall’s interior design and OUE has engaged the services of Japan-based AIM Create, Marui Group to undertake this task. The design concept will highlight the unique internal spatial features of Mandarin Gallery to create a refreshing retail environment.

For example, a simple linear corridor will be transformed into a visually exciting walkway to encourage a healthy stream of shoppers circulating the mall. The facilities areas such as the lift core on each floor will be converted into cosy rest areas for shoppers. Each level of the mall will also feature a different ceiling design, thereby setting the tone for a decidedly different ambience, and an emotionally varied consumption experience.
