The $200 million facelift will transform Mandarin Gallery into a high-end shopping and lifestyle destination with a sophisticated tenant mix. Expected to complete by fourth quarter of 2009, the premier shopping mall will feature six flagship duplexes housing five upscale international fashion brands swathed in floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
